Financial Benchmarking is the process of preparing financial performance information for a business and comparing it to performance information for its industry or to its competition. This process can be a catalyst in identifying business functions that need improvement and can be the first step in a company-wide performance benchmarking project. This service is helpful to businesses that are dissatisfied with their present financial performance or that want to set up a regular system to monitor financial performance.
