Financial Benchmarking
Financial Benchmarking is the process of preparing financial performance information for a business and comparing it to performance information for its industry or to its competition. This process can be a catalyst in identifying business functions that need improvement and can be the first step in a company-wide performance benchmarking project. This service is helpful to businesses that are dissatisfied with their present financial performance or that want to set up a regular system to monitor financial performance. I will need company financial statements (income statement and balance sheet) in order to conduct financial benchmarking. A typical financial benchmarking engagement for a small non-manufacturing company costs about £ 250 plus VAT if the company provides its own financial statements. There will be an additional charge if it is necessary for me to prepare financial statements. If you are interested in Financial benchmarking for your business, please e-mail me describe your situation I will get back to you within 24 hours. |
